Mauricio Pochettino said in his press conference ahead of the game that he wasn’t worried about playing being tired for our next game because it’s not until Monday night, so his only concern was players tired after our last game.
Robert Sanchez keeps his place in goal. Reece James starts, as promised before kick off. It’s a long awaited return for Benoit Badiashile alongside Axel Disasi in central defence. Marc Cucurella plays ahead of Levi Colwill at left back.
Midfield sees Enzo return but Moises Caicedo drop out for Lesley Ugochukwu. Then Conor Gallagher will be in his usual all action midfield role.
The front three has Cole Palmer and Raheem Sterling flanking Nicolas Jackson.
