Come to my office…Pochettino sends strong message to Romelu Lukaku ahead of pre-season clash
Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino has sent a message to Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku, who is keen on joining Italian club Inter Milan.
Lukaku spent last season on loan at Inter Milan and wants to remain with the Italian side next season.
While Chelsea are open to Belgium striker leaving the club, Chelsea insist Lukaku will only leave the club on a permanent deal and not on loan which Inter Milan are offering.
Speaking about Lukaku, Chelsea boss Pochettino said as quoted by Fabrizio Romano: “He has to come back July 12/13 to be part of the squad to start pre-season.
“With all the players that arrive, first thing that they’re doing is to come to my office and say hello. That’s what I expect if he’s still a Chelsea player.”
