Confirmed: 2 players to miss Milan clash after scary Injury as Blues ‘working on deal’ to sign £77m star after reaching agreement for attacker

Graham Potter has said in his press conference for the AC Milan game:Jorgi felt a little bit of discomfort against Crystal Palace, but trained today. We’ll see how he reacts and take a decision later today.

“Kai the same. Apart from that, all OK,” Potter added.

Apparently, Jorginho‘s substitution against Crystal Palace was due to a suspected injury and not tactical.

As for Havertz, the German has been playing a lot of games lately and probably deserves some rest.

Chelsea are now working on a deal to sign Josko Gvardiol after agreeing to sign Christopher Nkunku from RB Leipzig

Nkunku was one of the standout stars in the Bundesliga last season, netting 20 goals and laying on 13 assists, while he has already notched six times in the 2022/23 campaign.

And According to The Athletic, Chelsea have agreed to pay far in excess of £45 now in order to beat off competition from some of Europe’s biggest clubs and already have a full agreement in place with the player.

As part of the arrangement, the club have committed to paying Leipzig a price in excess of the £52.7million release clause that becomes active next summer.

And now the Telegraph has claimed that we are now keen to bring his team-mate Gvardiol to the club – and are already working on an agreement in a bid to beat off their transfer rivals

Although the Blues spent big to sign Wesley Fofana and Kalidou Koulibaly in the summer, there are still concerns over the defence particularly with Thiago Silva and Cesar Azpilicueta in the twilights of their careers.

Gvardiol would be a more natural fit in the left-sided centre-back role – with Graham Potter preferring a back three formations just like predecessor Thomas Tuchel – and would inject more young blood into the back-line
