Reports have linked Chelsea with a summer move for the Brentford winger and it seems the Blues have now completed the signing of the Moroccan international.
Moroccan international Fahd Moufi has confirmed Chelsea have completed a deal for Brentford winger Said Benrahma.
Back in May, Algerian news outlet La Gazette du Fennec reported Chelsea were keen on signing Benrahma and that the Blues had begun official talks.
On Tuesday night, after scoring in Brentford’s 2-1 victory over Charlton, Benrahma streamed a live video on Instagram.
During Benrahma’s Instagram Live, Moufi wrote in the comments: “Congratulations on Chelsea my brother…”
Chelsea fans may wonder if the club need Said Benrahma following the arrival of Hakim Ziyech. The Blues already have Christian Pulisic, Callum Hudson-Odoi and Willian might sign a contract extension after resuming contract talks with the Blues.
