CONFIRMED: Why four of Chelsea’s games have been shifted
Four of Chelsea’s games slated for January has had to be shifted for live TV broadcast selections.
Chelsea’s first game of the year will now take place on Sunday 3 January with a 4.30pm kick-off.
Chelsea’s visit to close neighbours Fulham at Craven Cottage will now take place on Friday 15 January at 8pm.
Interestingly, the away clash against Leicester City has been shifted by a week, with a new kick-off of 8.15pm on Tuesday 19 January 2021.
The fourth game billed for change is against our most recent opponent Wolverhampton Wanderers, which Chelsea playing host to them at Stamford Bridge with an earlier kick-off time of 6pm on Wednesday 27 January.
This period is expected to go a long way in shaping the Premier League table, and hopefully Chelsea will be back performing well.
