CONFRIMED: Two key Chelsea players get Fifpro nomination
Two Chelsea stars Thiago Silva and N’Golo Kante have both been nominated for the prestigious 2020 FIFA FIFPRO World XI.
Silva and Kante get this nomination in a list of 55 players, which is voted for by all professional footballers worldwide.
Thiago Silva was picked for his contributions to PSG after helping them to reach the Champions League final, and he also started the season in fine form for Chelsea.
For Kante, he has been in incredible form as well, and is deserving of the nomination.
All of the Top 6 Premier League clubs have players in the shortlist, with 8 Liverpool players making the cut.
FIFPRO and FIFA will reveal the respective World XI’s on Thursday 17 December.
