Deal could be done in coming weeks as Chelsea wants Wolves key man

According to Football Insider, Matt Hobbs, the head of recruitment at Wolves, is being courted by both Chelsea and Manchester United, rivals in the Premier League.

However, Hobbs, who is the head of scouting and recruitment at Wolves, has been highlighted as a significant target by both clubs as they strive to expand and reform their recruitment departments.

Further-more, The report also states that a Hobbs deal may be reached in the coming weeks.

Hobbs began his current role in February 2022 but has been at Wolves in various roles since July 2015.

However, Some of his roles have included Head of Emerging Talent, Head of Academy Recruitment and Chief Scout.
