According to TF1 reporter Julien Maynard, who claims the Blues have offered the 25 year old defender to Paris Saint-Germain for £27million.

Premier League clubs Tottenham and Everton are also potential destinations for the 25 year old Frenchman.
Jose Mourinho is said to be keen on reuniting with him at Tottenham while he also could return to Everton where he spent a successful loan spell last season.
Zouma joined Chelsea in 2014 from Saint Etienne for around £12million and has made 105 appearances for the Blues.
