EXCLUSIVE: Inter Milan ready to pay £70mn Bid For Chelsea player.. Not Kante
Serie A giants Inter Milan are interested in signing Chelsea attacker Callum Hudson-Odoi, a source in Italy told Calcio Exclusive on Sunday.
The Nerazzurri are mulling a £70 million bid for the player in the summer transfer window, the source added.
It’s unclear if Chelsea would be willing to let the promising attacker go for such a fee – and it’s equally unclear if Hudson-Odoi is interested in a move to Serie A.
The 20-year-old made his way into Chelsea’s first team after playing for their academy for several years at various different levels.
He made his Premier League debut with the club over 3 years ago, and he has shown flashes of brilliance over the course of his relatively short Chelsea career.
Hudson-Odoi is a popular player among Chelsea fans, but with the team signing a spate of attacking players last summer, it wouldn’t be surprising if Thomas Tuchel decided to offload the England international.
Hudson-Odoi was subbed off by the former PSG manager in Chelsea’s 1-1 draw to Southampton on Saturday, but he has had significant playing time for most of this campaign thus far.
