According to Sky Sports, the Football Association has taken FIFA to court over Chelsea’s transfer ban and their case will be heard next month.
Chelsea were handed a transfer ban for two windows back in February 2019 for breaching rules over transfer of under-18 players.
Chelsea appealed the verdict and the punishment was later halved to just one transfer window
The FA were also fined 510,000 Swiss francs (£391,000 at the time) as part of the ruling.
According to Sky Sports, the Court of Arbitration for Sport [CAS] will consider the FA’s complaint on June 26 over FIFA’s disciplinary processes.
