Former Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho finally makes decision on next club

Former Chelsea and Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho, has finally made up his mind on who he wants to manage next, according to Spanish publication AS.

The report states that Mourinho is keeping a close eye on developments at Real Madrid, and believes an opening will come up for him to replace Zinedine Zidane.

They say that the 56-year old will re-evaluate his decision in January, if the Real Madrid opportunity does not arise.

Mourinho would be returning to a club that he’s managed before, a lot like he did at Chelsea, so that fact wouldn’t surprise many, even though he had a very colourful up and down time in Madrid.

But with a manager like Mourinho, it is never going to be boring.

His first spell at Chelsea came in 2004, and he will always be remembered fondly by Blues fans for that spell, helping create one of the most dominant Chelsea teams known to date.

His return in 2013 didn’t go quite so well, and he ended up splitting Blues fans opinions of him, especially after he then went on to manage their direct rivals Manchester United in 2016.
