Full Chelsea squad to face Leicester City revealed as Tuchel faces defensive selection
This Saturday, Chelsea will hosts Leicester City in the Premier League at Stamford Bridge, and they will be going for their first home victory of the 2022–23 campaign.
However, The Blues have four points after three games and will try to forget last weekend’s disastrous performance at Elland Road, where Thomas Tuchel’s team was defeated 3-0 by Leeds United.
In addition, the German will be missing Kalidou Koulibaly, a summer transfer, after the defender was dismissed late last Sunday in Yorkshire after receiving two cautions. He will now face a one-match suspension.
But supporters will undoubtedly be hopeful that their team’s matchup with Brendan Rodgers’ Foxes will serve as the spark that ignites their season, as the East Midlands team is yet to win a match this year and has dropped their previous two league games.
Along with Koulibaly, midfielders Mateo Kovacic and N’Golo Kante will also be missing; however, striker Armando Broja, who missed the journey up north due to an injury, could be back in the mix.
The entire team that Tuchel will have available to him for Leicester has been examined by Chelsea247.com below:
