Chelsea could well be training at their Cobham training centre once again as early as tomorrow.
There will be a phased return to training with players in groups of five to start with whilst observing social distancing rules, according to a report from The Evening Standard, citing The Times for some information.
Today sees the decisive meeting between the Premier League and all 20 clubs.
At least 14 of the 20 Premier League clubs must approve the new guidelines for group drills to resume from Tuesday.
Players must arrive in their training gear already and follow strict guidelines as the league push ahead with their plans to resume playing matches again in June after the Government gave the green light to go ahead, as it stands.
Players are concerned, but they will also be keen to work on their match fitness after more than 8 weeks off.
There is a little way to go yet, but step one of project restart is just around the corner it seems.
