The Chelsea trend of signing up some of the hottest young talents in world football continues, and they are now looking to sign one of England’s hottest prospects.

According to The Mirror, Frank Lampard’s Chelsea are one of four clubs who have met Birmingham City’s asking price for 16-year old starlet Jude Bellingham.

The exclusive states that Chelsea, Manchester United, Borussia Dortmund and Bayern Munich have all agreed to pay the asking price for Bellingham that is reported to be £15 million, rising to £30 million.

The midfielder has played over 30 times for Birmingham this season in their senior squad and is already rated as one of the best talents for his age group in world football.

The decision now rests with the player, who will decide with him family the right move for him that is expected to happen this summer.
