Hakim Ziyech’s transfer decision made after latest offers?, As Tuchel told Chelsea target will cost £130m to sign this summer

As we all know Calciomercato is one of your first stops if you’re looking for Italian related transfer rumours, and given Chelsea’s connections with the peninsula’s footballing past and present, it’s no surprise we’re a favourite subject of theirs.

This time it’s a player at Chelsea who is being linked with a move to Serie A. Hakim Ziyech only arrived at Stamford Bridge a year ago, but he didn’t particularly impress despite his team’s success in the Champions League.

It would seem very harsh to shift him after one season, especially given the glimpses he showed, but Calciomercato claim that Napoli and Milan are both at the very least keeping an eye on his situation.

We can’t see us selling him this summer, unless Thomas Tuchel has a particular replacement in mind. But another season like this one and the story could be very different next summer.

Let’s hope he settles in and plays up to his great potential in the campaign to come.

Tuchel told Chelsea target will cost £130m to sign in summer

Jack Grealish will STAY at Aston Villa this summer, the likes of Chelsea have been told as the club will demand £130 million for the midfielder

After a very good end to the season, Thomas Tuchel is hoping to get enough transfer funds in order to sign the right type of players that will help them challenge for that Premier League title

Recent transfer reports have linked Grealish with a big-money move to United their Premier League champions City, with Pep Guardiola said to be ready to break the British transfer record to sign the £100million-rated ace.

But former skipper and club insider Gabriel Agbonlahor has told talkSPORT Villa will want more than that, closer to £130m for their star man.

“Jack Grealish will stay, is what I’m hearing, and Villa will invest as well,” Agbonlahor said on Friday’s talkSPORT Breakfast.

“Who can afford him? If Aston Villa were going to sell him they’d want over £100m.

Roundup…

Grealish will not push for a move and Villa will not let him leave for that massive asking price, but at the end of the day, if he wants to reach that next level in the game, he should push for a move.

Chelsea are a club that would be a great move for the man and the perfect step up to that next level, but even they wont pay £100-130 million for the midfielder, despite the quality that he posseses.

It will be interesting to see where he ends up if he does leave the club, but we would be shocked to see him at Chelsea next season.
