According to latest reports, Chelsea are keen to sign any world class striker as soon as possible as new season approaches.
However, Kane is one of Chelsea target as the Blues set to take advantage of the Spurs striker.
It was reported that the 28 year old England captain was due to return for pre-season training on Monday following a short holiday.
Meanwhile, Sky sport has reported that the striker has failed to to return to training this morning.
Kane told Tottenham Hotspur in May that he wants to leave this summer with Man City, Manchester United and Chelsea interested.
Kane is valued at upwards of £120m but Tottenham are keen to keep him despite the striker believing he has a gentleman’s agreement with Daniel Levy.
