Has more goals than Haaland and Mbappe this season, as Chelsea ready to sign €75m attacker
Ahead of next season, Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel is keen on strengthening his attacking options and the Blues have identified a special forward that could solve our problems in front of goal.
However, Romelu Lukaku is Chelsea’s highest goalscorer this season with just 11 goals, followed by Kai Havertz on nine, then Hakim Ziyech, Mason Mount and Timo Werner on seven.
Meanwhile, according to Foot Mercato, Chelsea are still interested in signing RB Leipzig forward Christopher Nkunku.
The 24 year old Frenchman has scored 25 across all competitions, with another 13 assists to boot. He has more goals this season than Borussia Dortmund’s Erling Haaland (23 goals) and Kylian Mbappe (24 goals).
Chelsea aren’t the only side interested in signing Nkunku, with Manchester City, Real Madrid and his former club Paris Saint-Germain also interested in signing the 24 year old.
It is believed RB Leipzig will allow Nkunku leave if they receive an offer of £61million.
