Hazard Chelsea dream could come true after Real Madrid make key final transfer decision
Former Chelsea star Eden Hazard was sold off to Real Madrid in 2019, for a fee of £88m that could rise to £100m.
The Belgian who’s one of the highest earners in the world, with wages of £15m a year, has so far struggled to make it in Spain.
Persistent injuries and a lack of form have combined to frustrate the Belgian at Real Madrid, and it seems the Los Blancos have finally decided to let Hazard try his skills somewhere else.
Now, Real Madrid has make key transfer decision on the struggling Belgian star that could see him return back to Chelsea.
According to Marca, Real Madrid have decided to send Hazard on loan next season, with the hope that his new side will pay at least half of his wages.
Given his poor form and injuries over the last three years, Madrid understand it would be difficult to sell Hazard this summer, and they feel a season on loan will boost his profile and aid a sale next year.
Newcastle are believed to be interested in a loan deal for Hazard. It’s yet to be seen whether Chelsea would favour a move for their former star man.
