William Gallas has heaped praise on Chelsea summer signing Nicolas Jackson and predicted where Chelsea will finish in the Premier League this season.
CHELSEA made the big decision right at the beginning of the transfer window to splash £34 million and bring Jackson to the club, as a new striker was needed.
‘Nicolas Jackson looks like he has everything,’ Gallas told Genting Casino. ‘He has quality, he creates space and is really strong.
‘He didn’t manage to score against Liverpool, but I’m sure he will manage to score lots of goals.
‘To have a player like him upfront will create a lot of options for how Chelsea can play, and he can have a great season. I’m looking forward to seeing how he gets on.’
CHELSEA have been doing alot of quality business this transfer window – but that big impact signing has still yet to be made.
Jackson is a very exciting young forward that has a big future in the game and many are hoping that he is able to push on from that impressive debut against Liverpool last weekend.
The Premier League will make or break the 22-year old striker, but he certainly has the potential to be a big time star at the Blues. And the fact that Chelsea do not have a main man right now – this is the perfect opportunity for him to shine.
Poch will demand big things from Jackson and so will the Blues fans – but – he has the ability to be a real threat for Chelsea – he just needs the service.
