“He wasn’t disciplined enough“- Chelsea player slams for pretending to be injured
According to latest report, Morocco head coach Vahid Halilhodžić has explained why Chelsea player was excluded from his squad.
However, Chelsea star Hakim Ziyech was a surprise absentee as Morocco named their 24-man squad for their World Cup qualifiers during the international break.
He said: “He [Ziyech] wasn’t disciplined during the last two national team camps, he shied away from training.
“He didn’t look like the player who’d fought to represent his country at World Cup [in 2018].
“For the first time in my career as a coach I’ve seen a national team player who doesn’t want to train, who pretends to be injured although the tests show otherwise. I won’t tolerate this behaviour while I’m here.”
