‘Heartbroken player’- Player not happy for not leaving Chelsea on transfer deadline

The transfer window is closed and some Chelsea players are not happy for not leaving the club on loan or on a permanent deal.

However, Chelsea defender Malang Sarr suffered a heartbreak on transfer deadline day after a loan move broke down.

According to French media outlet Foot Mercato via TribalFootball, Sarr’s loan move to German club Grether Furth fell apart on transfer deadline day.

The 22 year old defender was expected to leave Stamford Bridge on loan on Tuesday in search of regular game-time but that failed to materialise.

Despite travelling to Germany, Sarr’s move to Grether Furth was not completed on time.

There are no further details regarding the reasons for the center back’s loan transfer to the Bundesliga club falling apart.

Sarr will now have to wait until January to seal a move for regular first team football.
