“I have to say these” – Tuchel reveals his international break plans after 1-1 draw against Burnley

After Chelsea 1-1 draw against Burnley, The international break comes up.

However, the ‘break’ is meant for some most players, who will be busy training and playing for their countries for the next couple of weeks.

But for other players who aren’t away representing their countries, and for coaches as well, there will actually be a bit of a break for them to enjoy.

Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel has been talking about what he will be getting up to on his break, and by his own words, he says it ‘will be very boring.’

It’s a break that he probably would rather not have at all to be honest, as he looks to keep working on keeping Chelsea sat on top of the Premier League table and bounce back from a disappointing draw at home to Burnley at the weekend.

But even still, it sounds like he will be using this opportunity to relax, and read some good books!

Tuchel told the Chelsea website with a smile: “My plans will be very boring, I have to say!’

“I will drive my kids to school in the morning and then pick them up later. In between I will take my dog for a walk in the forest, maybe read some books and relax.

“I don’t think I will watch too many videos, I’ll try and switch off a little bit and then perhaps watch a little television in the evening. Mainly I will read books though and yes, these are my plans. Nothing too exciting!”
