“I need more playing time or I leave”– Chelsea star tells club
Todd Boehly is the new Chelsea owner and will be looking forward to continue to achieve what former Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has achieved at Chelsea FC.
However, it was reported that the new owner is ready to spend this summer and ready to support Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel.
Meanwhile, Chelsea are losing some first-team players, likes of Rudiger, Christensen. It was also reported that some attackers are ready to leave due to lack of playing time, one of them is Christian Pulisic.
The USA international was quizzed on his lack of game time at Chelsea this season and he was forced to admit that he does want to see more playing time moving forward.
He says that although he did get a lot of games, he is working on getting even more game time and becoming an important player for Chelsea.
“As far as right now, I’m obviously just focused on what I’m doing here,” Pulisic said Tuesday as reported by Yahoo. “And I’m super excited to be here. And yeah, that’s it.
“Of course, I want to get more playing time. I want to be on the field as much as I can and be the sharpest I can be and fit as well.
“And I think I still got a lot of games, but it’s always something that I’m working at and trying to be regular at club level as well to put myself in the best position to be fit when I come here with the national team.”
