“I won’t forgive him”- Fabregas speaks on player that force him to leave Chelsea

Former Chelsea midfielder, Cesc Fabregas has admitted his departure from Chelsea in 2019 was because of another Ex-Blue.

The Spaniard joined Chelsea in a surprise transfer from Barcelona in 2014, and after five good years— during which he lifted two Premier League titles, decided to move on.

Fabregas traded Chelsea for AS Monaco, but according to him, one of the reasons he left Stamford Bridge was because the Blues had signed Jorginho from Napoli.

He said (via the Mirror): “One of the reasons why I left Chelsea is because of Jorginho.

“He is a very smart player. Intelligent, a very good passer of the ball. The only [negative] thing I can say about him is sometimes he releases a ball too quickly when he can play it forward.

“He makes the team tick.”

Jorginho joined Chelsea in under Maurizio Sarri in 2018, but the Italian never quite reached the same heights as Fabregas did at the club.
