He was described as a future world class super star, one of those players who has everything in place to become one of the best in the world. Charly Musonda was destined for greatness.
He has been at Chelsea since 2012 and has always been earmarked as a player who will have a great future at the club, he just needed to develop.
However, he has been absolutely haunted with serious injuries in his career and after his latest setback, he was told he would never play football again.
In an emotional post on Instagram as seen below, Musonda describes the heartache he has been going through and his determination to get back playing football again. Luckily, at 23, he has age on his side as well as a clear determined spirit.
