According to reports, Inter Milan are allegedly willing to use in-demand attacker Lautaro Martinez in a swap deal which would see N’Golo Kante arrive in Milan from Chelsea.
Former Chelsea manager Antonio Conte is understood to have identified a reunion with N’Golo as one of his top transfer targets this summer as the Milan side look to end the Serie A title monopoly of Juventus next campaign.
The Blues haven’t categorically ruled out the possibility of cashing in on the Frenchman amid a summer of significant expenditure, but they’d demand a hefty fee before considering selling.
I Nerazzurri are aware that they are improbable to be able to afford whatever that asking price may be, and an Italian outlet La Gazzetta dello Sport claims that they have earmarked three stars who could be included as part of a reported deal to reduce the cash outlay.
Martinez, who has been strongly linked with a move to Barcelona, is the most valuable of those being considered by Inter Milan, while Milan Skriniar and Marcelo Brozovic are said to be the other options.
They have also made the trio available for transfer to other sides in order to raise funds to land Kante, who was taken to Stamford Bridge by the Italian head coach back in 2016.
