Following Sunday’s humiliating loss at Leeds, former Chelsea striker Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink thinks his old team has to make three additions before the transfer market closes.
However, Brenden Aaronson, Rodrigo, and Jack Harrison scored the goals in a 3-0 victory over the Blues at Elland Road.
Now, Hasselbaink believes that Chelsea’s obvious striker shortage is simply one issue among several.
According to Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink, his previous team needs to add three players.
‘They need a little more help. James is right side, playing centre half, he can do it but that’s not his best position.
‘They need another centre half, they need a midfielder, and they need a number nine, someone who can score on a regular basis.
‘I think they need three players, and if they can get those quality players, the squad can improve.
