‘It’s a done deal in coming days’- Fabrizio confirms Chelsea & Italian club to agree five year deal for player

According to recent reports, Chelsea defender Fikayo Tomori joined Italian side AC Milan on a six-month loan deal in January.

The 23-year-old had struggled for game time under Frank Lampard before an eventual loan move to AC Milan, where he impressed massively.

The Englishman made 22 appearances for Milan across all competitions and established himself as a key player under Stefano Pioli, forming an excellent centre-back partnership with Simon Kjaer.

AC Milan have been keen to sign up Tomori on a permanent basis at the end of the season, and reputable reporter Fabrizio Romano has claimed that the deal is on the cards.

Fabrizio Romano claimed on Twitter that Tomori to Milan is a done deal.

According to his report, Chelsea will receive €28m from Milan for Tomori and the agreement will be completed soon as expected. Tomori is expected to sign a five-year contract with the Rossoneri, therefore committing his future to the club until 2026.
