Joe Cole reveals the two teams that will reach Champions League semifinal
Speaking with SportsMail, Joe Cole was confident that at least two Premier League clubs will reach the semi-finals of the Champions League.
Joe Cole backed Chelsea, Manchester United, Liverpool and Manchester City to do well in the Champions League this season, and believes that the Premier League is the strongest league at the moment.
He said: “I would be stunned if we don’t get at least two teams in the semi-finals, possibly three and maybe even four.
“I just think we are so much stronger than the other leagues,” Cole said.
When asked which of the English teams could lift the trophy next May, he added: “It’s so hard. If you want me to make a prediction, then Chelsea (to win it). But that’s more out of loyalty.
“Any of the four teams can beat anyone else and we’ve got the four best teams in Europe.”
