Jose Mourinho sends ‘massive message’ to Chelsea after Tottenham go top of the league
Tottenham Hotspur beat Arsenal 2-0 on Sunday to go top of the Premier League.
The Blues were top of the league after we beat Leeds United 3-1 at Stamford Bridge on Saturday but have now dropped to third after victories for Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool.
Following Tottenham’s victory over Arsenal, Tottenham boss Jose Mourinho sent a message to Chelsea and other Premier League title contenders.
According to Mourinho, Tottenham Hotspur are in a good place mentally after getting 7 points against Manchester City, Chelsea and Arsenal.
Mourinho said: “We can lose everywhere in the Premier League, we can go to any team and lose, any team can come here and beat us. Of course people could expect this last three matches, three or four points or six and lose one.
“We did seven, we didn’t concede one goal against phenomenal teams, of course we are in a good moment and the team is in a good place mentally, but nothing changes.”
