Chelsea are really desperate to sign a left-back after Ben Chilwell’s injury crisis.
However, according to latest reports, The Blues are recalling forgotten man Kenedy from Flamengo to combat their defensive injury crisis.
The 25-year-old Brazilian has made just 15 Premier League appearances for the Blues, with his last coming in 2016.
But Thomas Tuchel has decided to bring versatile Kenedy back to Stamford Bridge as a possible solution to his backline problems.
Left wing-back Ben Chilwell is out for the season after undergoing knee surgery.
And Reece James has joined him on the sidelines for two months with a hamstring tear.
Chelsea now have just one recognised wing-back in Marcos Alonso.
And with the European champions so far unsuccessful in their efforts to recall Emerson Palmieri from his Lyon loan, Tuchel could turn to left-footer Kenedy. More to follow!
