Chelsea are keen on signing Kai Havertz as soon as possible after sealing the signing of Ziyech and Werner the Blues are not done yet.
However, With the Bundesliga now done as well as the German Cup final that saw Bayern Munich beat Bayer Leverkusen 4-1, Havertz is now keen to have talks with the club about his future.
Reputable journalist Christian Falk has revealed Havertz is willing to hold talks with Bayer Leverkusen to discuss his future amidst interest from some of Europe’s biggest clubs, including Chelsea, Real Madrid, and Bayern Munich.
Falk confirmed Chelsea’s interest in the 21-year-old as he wrote on twitter: “After the Cup Final the Player now wants a meeting with the club Leverkusen to talk about his future. Chelsea is interested. Bayern does not bid this summer. Real is hesitating for 2020.”
Meanwhile, Bayer Leverkusen left-back Wendell, has revealed that the 21-year-old is strongly interested in a move to the Premier League.
“If he goes to the Premier League, he will learn a lot,” Wendell told Yellow and Green Football.
“I think Kai dreams of playing there. He has that desire. And I think if he decides to play in England, he will be a success.”
