Kane opens door to Chelsea move, Blues wants £90million player, as Agent confirms offers for world-class Chelsea target
It seems that Chelsea could actually sign Harry Kane in the summer, as the striker has come out and opened the door about a possible move away from Tottenham.
Regarded as one of the very best strikers on the planet right now, Kane is a player that is being chased by all the biggest clubs, and our club is once of those outfits that may be interested in a deal at the end of the season.
To date he has scored 215 goals in 327 appearances in all competitions, making him Spurs’ second highest scorer of all time behind Jimmy Greaves, but with Spurs not able to win the trophies that he would like, there has been constant speculation in the media.
“I think that’s a hard question to answer right now,” Kane told reporters when asked if he had to leave Tottenham in order to win trophies.
“It’s important that all my focus is on the two England games coming up now and the rest of the season with Spurs and then the Euros.
“To be thinking about speculation or rumours would be damaging in terms of my own performance.
“I always like to be focused on one goal and one job and that’s to finish strong with Spurs, win these qualifiers with England and hopefully go on and have a great Euros.
“Look, I try to stay out of that speculation as much as possible. I’m fully focused on doing the job on the pitch from now until the end of the summer and then we’ll see where we go from there.”
Tottenham fans will not want to hear this, but Kane will probably leave the club at the end of the season. and we would love to see him here right?
The agent of Inter midfielder Arturo Vidal has claimed that there have been multiple offers for his client, With Chelsea a club that have long been linked with a possible move for the midfielder.
Now look, Thomas Tuchel is a man that is still looking to add that Champions League title to the cabinet and get back inside those top four spots by the end of the season, but that has not stopped all the speculation about players that he could sign, with Vidal reportedly on that shopping list
The Chilean enforcer is a favourite of Inter Boss Antonio Conte, taking in 30 appearances across all competitions thus far in 2020-21, but there has been constant talk in the media that he could be a player that the Italian would be open to selling once the transfer window opens up in just a few weeks time.
Speaking to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Fernando Felicevich said: “It is normal that there are offers for someone of his level, but he is staying at Inter.”
Inter currently sit at the top of Serie A, six points ahead of cross-town rivals AC Milan with a game in hand.
With Conte’s men looking nailed on to lift the title, Vidal is said to be hungry for even more silverware next season with the Italian trainer.
“[Vidal] wants the Scudetto now, then the Champions League next season,” Felicevich said of the 33-year-old’s aspirations.
Asked how his client is coming along as he recovers from surgery, he added: “He’ll be back on the pitch soon.”
We do need to add a bit more quality to that side in the transfer window, but Vidal is a player that they do not need to waste time on.
Chelsea are eyeing up a transfer deal for Romelu Lukaku as an alternative to their top transfer target Erling Haaland.
Despite going unbeaten since taking over the club a few months ago, Thomas Tuchel is a man that knows he needs to improve certain areas of the pitch in the coming transfer window to turn this side into Premier League winners.
And with the likes of Timo Werner, Tammy Abraham and Olivier Giroud all failing to impress in front of goal this season, It is pretty clear that the German coach wants to add a premium striker to the attack.
We face intense competition for Haaland’s signature this summer, with the likes of Real Madrid, Barcelona and Manchester City all linked with a move for the Norweigan.
That has prompted the London club to consider alternatives with Lukaku, who made just 15 appearances in his first spell at the club between 2011 and 2013, high on their wanted list.
Lukaku was never really given a chance to shine at Stamford Bridge, but he has made a very good career for himself away from the club, so even though we are interested, he would surely not want to go back to a club that failed to keep their promises the first time around.
It will be interesting to see which striker Tuchel gets in the summer window, but we would be very shocked to see him arrive at Chelsea.
