Lampard reveals what he enjoyed most in Chelsea’s goalless draw against Tottenham
The Blues drew 0-0 against Tottenham Hotspur at Stamford Bridge on Sunday evening and missed an opportunity to climb above Tottenham Hotspur at the top of the Premier League table.
However, Chelsea boss Frank Lampard has admitted he was happy with the way Chelsea nullified Tottenham Hotspur’s counterattacking threat.
Speaking after the game, Lampard said: “We dominated big parts.
“We played a really good game. Everything we talked about before the game in terms of nullifying their counter-attacking threat we did really well.
That part of the game was fantastic. They didn’t have a chance until we almost gifted them one at the end.
