Leave or Stay? Chelsea make transfer decision on Tomori
According to The Telegraph, Chelsea will allow Fikayo Tomori to leave the club on loan in January after failing to get regular game time this season.
The news will spark a scramble among Premier League teams for the England international.
Tomori is currently competing for a place with Thiago Silva, Kurt Zouma, Andrea Christensen and Antonio Rudiger and has only started in the Carabao Cup so far this term.
The Telegraph add that injuries to Lampard’s alternative options could see plans altered.
Tomori isn’t the only player that could leave Chelsea in January as The Athletic claim Chelsea are willing to grant Olivier Giroud an amicable exit from the club in January to thank him for his good service.
Giroud has been unused for half of the Blues’ games so far this term and is yet to start a Premier League game for the Blues this season.
