Mikel Arteta laments on why he’s scared of playing Chelsea at the moment ‘Am scared of this one threat’

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has claimed that he believes things are going to get good for Chelsea very soon.

He said in his pre-match press conference that the manager and coaching staff Chelsea have at the club right now means they are going to become a force at the top again pretty soon.

The Blues are preparing to welcome Arteta and the Gunners to Stamford Bridge tomorrow for their return to Premier League action.

Mauricio Pochettino will be safe in the knowledge that tomorrow will bring one of his toughest tests of the season, as he gets more settled in his role as Chelsea manager.

The international break came at the worst possible time for the Blues, with them on a run of three wins in a row in all competitions.

However, their opponents were also off the back of a sensational victory over Manchester City at the top end of the table.

Arteta on what he’s noticed about Chelsea

The prospects of tomorrow’s game are mouth-watering, with it being an opportunity for the Blues to show they really are on their way back to the upper echelons.

Arteta has now claimed that he believes it will not take long at all for Chelsea to bounce back fully with the personnel they have in place.

He said: “I think when you look first of all at the manager and coaching staff, and then the history and players it’s going to happen very quickly. You can see that they’re going to be a threat.”

Pochettino will be sweating on the fitness of a number of his key players for the London Derby. This includes club captain Reece James.

South American superstars Enzo Fernandez and Moises Caicedo will also have their fitness monitored after their long-distance travels over the international break.
