Surprisingly, Chelsea have a poor record against Arsenal in recent games as the Blues have been beaten by the Gunners in the last three games.
Arsenal legend Paul Merson is wary of the threat of Chelsea ahead of the game, and believes Romelu Lukaku will be too hot for the Arsenal defence to handle.
Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel has confirmed that Lukaku will be ready to face Arsenal, and Paul Merson can’t see Arsenal defence holding him down.
“You think when Lukaku plays against them? My God”, he told Sky Sports. “You know what I mean. He is the last person you want to play against if you are Arsenal, the last person.”
Despite Lukaku’s impressive numbers, the 28-year-old has a poor record against Arsenal, as he has scored just three goals in 17 games against the Gunners.
