N’Golo Kante unhappy after Frank Lampard rejected special request
According to reports from France, Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante has found his relationship with manager Frank Lampard becoming frosty.
According to French media outlet Le Parisien via Tribal Football, Kante’s relationship with Lampard has deteriorated since the summer.
The report claims Lampard rejected Kante’s request to take a day off from Blues training to attend his friend’s wedding, a decision which he has struggled to accept.
When he arrived at Clairefontaine to meet up with the France squad last week, Kante is said to have appeared in good spirits after looking “grim” at Chelsea in recent weeks.
