According to Metro, Barcelona goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen submit an offer from Chelsea after the Blues made an approach for the Germany international.

Chelsea boss Frank Lampard has lost faith in Chelsea’s record signing Kepa Arrizabalaga and is keen on replacing the Spaniard this summer.

Lampard is reportedly open to the Barcelona goalkeeper joining Chelsea as his ability on the ball will help the Blues play out better from the back.

Barcelona are keen on extending ter Stegen’s current deal, which expires in 2022 but with the Spanish club urging the Germany international to reduce his salary demands, Chelsea are hoping to tempt him with a lucrative contract.

The report also claims German champions Bayern Munich are also interested in signing Ter Stegen.
