Chelsea have been draw an easy group in the Champions League for 2020/2021
Chelsea have drawn Sevilla, Krasnodar and Rennes in Champions League Group E this season.
The Blues were seeded second, meaning they were always going to come up against a top team, and this season it’s Sevilla, winners of the Europa League last year.
They gave Bayern a real test in the Super Cup just a week ago, and despite not being as big a name as some of the others in pot 1, they shouldn’t be taken lightly.
The third team is an easier one, but a longer trip – Krasnodar is at the least end of the Black Sea.
The final team drawn was Rennes, who are a talented side full of interesting young players who also should not be underestimated.
These games will be played on the midweeks of the 20-21st of October, the 27th and 28th of October, the 3-4th November the 24-25th November, 1-2nd December and the 8-9th December.
