Official Line-up: Chelsea vs Norwich city- Giroud starts

0

Chelsea face Norwich at Stamford Bridge in just under an hour, and the teams are in!

Frank Lampard had some pretty monumental lineup decisions to make after a horrible result against Sheffield United on Saturday. The players looked knackered then, and it’s no surprise there have been changes since then.

Up front, Olivier Giroud returning for Tammy Abraham is a no-brainer. But the other changes are more surprising.

Marcos Alonso plays at left back, with Azpi sliding across to the right. In midfield, Mateo Kovacic and Ruben Loftus-Cheek are in, while Jorginho keeps his place, against all odds.

Also surprisingly, both wingers play once again, despite looking knackered.

Fikayo Tomori is back on the bench, which is promising for the future of the defence, which this time around sees Antonio Rudiger play alongside Kurt Zouma.

Three points are desperately needed tonight – go and get the job done!
