On 10 March 1905, Chelsea were founded at The Rising Sun pub – now The Butcher’s Hook. Former Stamford Bridge midfielder Oscar, who’s currently playing for Chinese side Shanghai SIPG, has sent a brilliant message to the Blues.
Oscar joined Chelsea from Brazilian club Internacional in July 2012 and spent four and a half seasons at the club.
All in all, the playmaker made 203 appearances for the Blues, scored 38 goals, provided 37 assists and won 4 major trophies, including 2 Premier League titles and an Europa League trophy.
In December 2016, Oscar left for Shanghai SIPG for a reported fee of £60m.
