Perfect addition, perfect signing – Tuchel reacted after Chelsea complete another £33.8m signing
The transfer of Senegal international Kalidou Koulibaly to Chelsea has been finalized, the club announced early on Saturday.

Thomas Tuchel has acknowledged that Koulibaly, the captain of the Senegal national team, is one of the top center backs in the world of football and that he makes the team stronger.
Tuchel said from the USA: “I’m very happy with him signing and joining our team.
“He’s now the second signing of the summer and again we have a strong player, a strong personality with big experience. From our point of view, he’s a perfect addition to the group.”
