Report: Chelsea and Premier league club reach agreement for transfer of player
Chelsea teenager Tino Livramento is set to complete a £5 million ($7m) move to Southampton.
The 18 year old has also confirmed the transfer after posting a farewell message on his Instagram account.
Livramento will now become the second player to leave the Blues for Southampton this summer, with Dynel Simeu having already done likewise.
According to Goal, Chelsea inserted a buyback clause of £25million in the deal.
The 18 year old is being allowed to leave Chelsea after entering the final year of his contract, with the Blues eager to bring in a fee while the club still can.
Livramento can play in a back four or as a wing-back.
