According to reports, Chelsea are reportedly on the verge of agreeing a deal with Juventus over the transfer of Emerson Palmieri this summer.
The Italian defender hasn’t hold down a regular spot in the first team since Frank Lampard was appointed to take over the managerial position at Stamford Bridge last summer, and the Blues are keen on cashing out the full-back as he will be surplus to requirements given that Chelsea have already lined up a move for Ben Chilwell as his replacement.
Juventus are said to be hot favorites for his signature as they have already hold talks with Chelsea over the defender’s signature this summer.
According to the Daily Mail, Juventus are reportedly on the brink of agreeing terms with Chelsea for the 25-year old full-back signature.
After agreeing to sign RB Leipzig forward Timo Werner in a £54million deal, the Blues are also looking to secure Leicester City’s Ben Chilwell with reports claiming that talks between both clubs are ongoing.
