West Ham Declan Rice is thought to be on the radar of Chelsea in the next transfer window.
The 21 year old midfielder, who was released by the Blues at the age of 14, has hinted at the possibility of a return to Stamford Bridge after stating his interest in playing alongside long-time friend Mason Mount at club level once again.
Reports had suggested West Ham will be willing to let the England international return to Stamford Bridge if they receive a fee of £70million but that might just not be enough.
According to Goal, West Ham have no intention of letting Rice leave the club this summer and are prepared to do everything in their power to ward off interest from Chelsea in the midfielder.
Rice has four years left on his West Ham contract and that puts West Ham in a strong position to reject offers for the 21 year old midfielder.
