According to The Daily Mail, Chelsea are preparing a £75 million offer for Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Kai Havertz.

They say the Blues’ are going all out to sign the German international and team him up with fellow countryman Timo Werner, whom they have already agreed a deal to sign (as per The BBC).

The report states that Lampard wants to bring even more attackers with Pedro and Willian both looking likely to leave this summer.

Havertz and Werner are two very high profile potential deals, really sending out a statement of intent from Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich.

The Russian billionaire has been unable to add quality players to the squad last summer due to being transfer banned, and in January there was not the players available.

But the summer is a different market, and it looks like Roman is well and truly back and rival fans will surely be fearful. These Chelsea fans have reacted to the news.
