According to latest reports, Chelsea have reportedly identified a replacement for Antonio Rudiger, should the German international leave the club at the end of the season.
Rudiger has less than a year left on his Chelsea contract and has stalled on extending his contract due to terms offered by Chelsea.
According to The Mirror via Goal, Chelsea have identified Juventus centre-back Matthijs De Ligt as a replacement for Rudiger.
De Ligt is rated at £103 million ($140m/120) by Juventus and is seen as an essential purchase if Antonio Rudiger departs amid a contract renewal dispute.
However, is current wages is around £214,000.
It is believed De Ligt would be open to leaving Juventus at the end of the season if their struggle in the Serie A continues.
