Seria A star OFFICIALLY tells Chelsea he is interested in Premier League move
Long-term CHELSEA target Sofyan Amrabat isn’t a stranger to links with a move to the Premier League – and he has admitted he is interested in a move to England.
The midfielder plays his club football for Italian side Fiorentina, where he has made over 80 appearances since joining them in 2020 – but it is his performances at the World Cup that has opened the door to a possible move to the Premier League.
It is no secret that Mauricio Pochettino wants to add some depth to that squad and sign players that will make a difference when called up – and Amrabat is a man that is on the shipping list.
The Morocco star has opened up on his future amid all the speculation that Chelsea are interested: “Of course, the Premier League is a fantastic league, one of the strongest in the world,” Amrabat said.
“‘It would be nice to play there one day, but it’s not that I want only to go to England, because Spain is nice, Serie A is a nice league.
“Football has changed a lot, it’s more physical, you have more to be an athlete, the tempo and intensity is higher.
“Of course, in England the intensity is very high, so I think it could suit me.”
