Son respond to Kane’s possible move to Chelsea, as Atletico close to sign £100,000 per week Chelsea midfielder

Harry Kane is yet to taste silverware at the North London club, despite having 221 goals recorded across 336 appearances for Tottenham,

The England international seems to have seen enough and is now prepared to go to a club where he can win trophies to match his ambitions.

Chelsea, Manchester United and Manchester City are the three clubs most keen on the England captain.

Kane had formed a very effective partnership with Son Heung-min over the years, but their partnership is now set to be cut short.

The South Korean doesn’t seem happy with the idea that Kane may be leaving this summer, and when asked about the England international moving on, South Korea international Son told reporters while away on World Cup qualifying duty: “Has Kane moved already?

“Everything is not decided. Rather than worrying about his transfer, I am doing my best at Tottenham.

“I want to focus on the national team and Tottenham. Maybe Kane is doing the same, he is busy preparing for the Euros.”

According to French source FootMercato, Atletico Madrid are interested in Tiemoue Bakayoko.

Bakayoko has had some ups and downs since joining Chelsea. His first season was Antonio Conte’s second, and had some flashes of greatness along with a few horror games.

He was ultimately loaned out to AC Milan, Monaco and then Napoli, where he has had further flashes but not put together a full season of top performances just yet.

But Diego Simeone clearly thinks he can get something out of him, and if they make a half decent offer we can see Chelsea accepting it. Bakayoko’s most memorable performance in a Blue shirt (at least in a positive sense) was his showing against Atleti away in the Champions League group stage in 2017.

Maybe Simeone remembers that, and thinks he can get him back to that level? If he wants to give it a go, we’re not going to complain. It’s time to cut our losses.
